It was a good night last evening. All 20 showed and so included four new people and one person there for the second time. 2 large tables and plenty of conversation. Final spend was £36 head – the food was quite intricate and probably far better than the look of the restaurant suggests.
It was a very good dinner…. definitely in my top 5
Bumbles was very pleasant, and a surprise given that the facade is quite unprepossessing – came out at £36 which wasn’t at all bad given that the wine did flow. The food was interesting, a little over decorated, but so what – very good service, and the company was also amusing – one of the better evenings all said.
This restaurant was excellent!!
